RETURN & REFUND POLICY

No Returns or Cancellations

All sales are final. Pepworth Peptides does not accept customer-initiated returns or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase and products cannot be returned for a refund simply because the customer has changed their mind.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or materially defective product, please contact us at support@pepworthpeptides.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will review the matter and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Non-Delivery or Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable period after dispatch, contact us at support@pepworthpeptides.com so we can investigate with the relevant carrier or fulfilment partner.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, receipt, possession, and importation of research materials are lawful in their destination country. Customs charges, import duties, or other charges imposed by authorities are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Research Use

All products are supplied strictly for legitimate laboratory and scientific research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or administration.
